Welcome to Merry Investments. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at merry-investments.com and our black car and limousine transportation services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Merry Investments provides premium black car and limousine transportation services in the state of Texas. Our services include airport transfers, corporate travel, special event transportation, hourly charters, and long-distance rides. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Reservations

• Reservations may be made via phone, email, or our website contact form.
• All bookings are subject to confirmation by Merry Investments.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation.
• Prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on actual trip details, wait times, tolls, and other factors.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full fare.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative billing arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards and approved corporate accounts. Gratuity is not included in the quoted fare and is at your discretion.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to:

• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• Wear seatbelts at all times
• Refrain from smoking in vehicles
• Not bring open containers of alcohol (unless in a limousine with prior arrangement)
• Be responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their actions

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for disruptive, dangerous, or illegal behavior.

Merry Investments carries full commercial insurance as required by Texas law. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fare paid for the specific trip. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
